Examples of our work include
Led a major programme which delivered a planned significant % reduction in the duration of 5 statutory outages across a fleet of power stations. This was delivered through development of an optimised OEM-endorsed turbine overhaul process enabled by the introduction of new processes, new hardware and new engineering innovations. Our work enabled a fleet wide cultural change in the approach to outage planning, saving the client significant revenue (£Ms) in lost generation.
Reviewed preventative maintenance routines and scheduled and applied data analytics to challenge scope and consolidate operations to free up maintenance personnel time and increase asset utilisation.
Developed a system health assessment system in combination with data analytics to inform a Cost Benefit Analysis of system assets. This approach supported a significant % duration reduction challenge across multiple power stations saving £Ms in lost revenue.
